ABOUT THE ROLE
 
We are seeking a candidate to support the proofing and creation of product content for all items sold online. This includes optimizing SEO information, managing hex codes and color grouping tools, coordinating styles, and refining product values and keywords with a strong sales focus. The role also involves creating, editing, and maintaining category content, search refinements, and default variations for color and size. Responsibilities extend to maintaining website content assets, including the creation and upload of digital catalogs. Additional duties include handling various SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) tasks as needed and assisting with third-party app integrations such as Narvar, Qualtrics, Yotpo, and Global-e.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Proof and creation of all product content and images in staging site prior to living on websites. This includes image accuracy and accurate product content such as title, copy, SEO information, hex codes, color groupings, Finish Your Look feature, refinement values and keywords.
  • Maintenance of all categories and navigations on websites. This includes creation of new categories, maintaining SEO information and copy, sorting rules, automation rules, pinning of featured items, review and maintain just reduced categories, new arrivals categories, sale price brackets, and maintain refinements.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks and issues such as maintaining PDP recommendations, A/B testing set up and monitoring, content asset edits and updates. Also review and complete all incoming web team tickets and coordinate as needed.
  • Maintain and proof limited time sales and permanent sales. Ensure disclaimers are added to or removed from web pages, limited time sale depts are activated or removed, pages are merchandised with sale brands, featured items are move up for the duration of the sale, all website links are working properly.
  • ssist with tasks and issues relating to 3rd party vendors such as Narvar, Qualtrics, Yotpo and Globel-e. This includes maintenance and reviewing of email content, order tracking assets, customer surveys, cancelled international orders, updating product catalogs and editing links and texts as needed
  • Proof digital catalogs on web and provide corrections to POC team. Review changes made and ensure links direct to proper items. Create new catalog links and update catalogs on different areas of the website.
  • Maintaining Ecom reports such as sales by sku, category report, search terms and null report, etc
 
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Rapid typing proficiency (at least 40 WPM)
  • Excellent writing & grammar skills
  • Use of Outlook & Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent proofing skills
  • SFCC maintenance
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Ability to train and communicate with team members

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 4 years of Experience, in Digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
  • Typing proficiency 40WPM
  • Detail Oriented

This position may requires one to work in the shift between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
