THE ROLE
Torch is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive innovation across our customer-facing data and reporting products, customer admin/program management experience, and internal admin tooling. This is a cross-cutting role that touches the heart of how organizations and our internal teams manage coaching programs, monitor engagement, and measure impact.
You’ll own a portfolio of product areas that empower customers to oversee and optimize their coaching programs—including participant management, engagement visibility, and program tracking. At the same time, you’ll collaborate closely with data science and engineering to develop AI-powered reporting tools and predictive insights, helping organizations understand the value of their investment in leadership development.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who’s strategic, execution-focused, and fluent in both product thinking and data storytelling. You’ll shape user experiences that are as insightful as they are intuitive, and help internal and external users make better decisions—faster.

- Tap into the creativity of storytelling to connect the dots across data and surface valuable insights for customers
- Champion a data-informed culture at Torch by encouraging the adoption, understanding, and internal alignment around key data practices
