This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Glenmont, NY time
Key Responsibilities:
Work Order Management: Review and prioritize incoming maintenance requests, ensuring accurate and timely closure of work orders.
Vendor Coordination: Schedule and manage vendors to complete maintenance tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Tenant Communication: Coordinate with tenants to schedule work, ensure satisfaction, and follow up for feedback and reviews after maintenance tasks are completed.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure contractors are properly closing work orders and including all necessary documentation such as photos, videos, notes, and invoices.
Monitoring KPIs: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the speed and quality of work order resolution, making adjustments as needed to meet company goals.
Ability to provide direct feedback to contractors and ensure tasks are completed to company standards.
Comfortable handling difficult conversations with tenants and contractors, particularly in stressful or challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A results-driven attitude with the ability to track KPIs and make necessary adjustments.
Knowledge of basic maintenance practices is beneficial, but not required; candidates should be comfortable using company resources, AI, and other tools to find creative solutions and to gain an understanding of work order terminology.
Ability to adapt and improve existing systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
