Unicorn Role Overview

Assistantly is looking is seeking for an experienced and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support brokerage operations and transaction processes. This role primarily involves managing transaction documentation, creating proposals, and completing disclosure forms, with occasional support for marketing initiatives. If you have Commercial Real Estate experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex documentation processes, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage transaction information in Dealius database, including deal details, commissions, and invoicing.
  • Assist with completing and organizing Commercial Real Estate documentation through AIR CRE.
  • Coordinate e-signature processes using PandaDoc for various transaction documents.
  • Create Letters of Intent (LOIs) by accurately entering deal points for proposals.
  • Complete disclosure forms with property information and representation details.
  • Handle various Commercial Real Estate documents and forms with attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized transaction files and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Support occasional marketing tasks such as research and video editing when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate operations or administration.
  • Must have familiarity with Commercial Real Estate documents, forms, and transaction processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate documentation.
  • Proactive communication abilities and excellent follow-through.
  • Experience with transaction management and e-signature platforms.
  • Marketing research and content creation abilities are beneficial but not required.
