About The Role

Join our AP1000 program in Europe (focus on Bulgaria & Poland) as a Supplier Performance Engineer and play a key role in ensuring high-quality metal work components and contribute to solutions to the complex aspects of a project.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Development: Assess supplier capabilities, ensure compliance with Westinghouse quality standards, and lead process improvements.
Performance Oversight: Monitor supplier operations, mitigate risks, and support quality assurance.
Supplier Management: Manage technical and quality requirements, drive performance scorecards, and resolve supplier issues.
Technical Expertise: Use your manufacturing knowledge to guide suppliers, review documentation, and address non-conformities.
Qualifications
Manufacturing experience is essential (preferably in electrical equipment, diesel generators, transformers, or security equipment).
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering or in a similar field of study.
3+ years of experience with process capability analysis and supplier qualification.
Very good English skills (Bulgarian is a bonus).
