Job Title: Partnership Coordinator (Creative Project Manager)

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00am - 6:00pm EST

Compensation: USD $2,500 - $2,700 (salary based on assessment)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to play a crucial role in managing and executing our partnership placements. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively coordinate both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for process and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management for Creative Production: You will be the central point for managing the lifecycle of creative assets. End-to-end project management.

  • Creative Asset Workflow: You will expertly manage the review and approval workflow for creative assets across various stakeholders, diligently following up to ensure submission deadlines are consistently met. 

  • Creative Asset Delivery: You will be responsible for the precise preparation and delivery of creative assets to our publishing partners, adhering strictly to their specific requirements. 

  • Compliance & Quality Control: You will act as a gatekeeper for quality, ensuring all creative assets rigorously comply with publisher guidelines and best practices before submission. You'll conduct thorough quality control checks, verifying the accuracy of copy, images, tracking links, and disclosures against internal approvals. 

  • Data Management & Reporting: You will maintain our partnership tracking dashboards with accurate campaign tracking links and placement details. Through regular monitoring and audits, you'll ensure data integrity across all tracking systems. You'll also proactively flag any performance issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the relevant team members promptly. Impact: This accurate and timely data will inform strategic decisions, optimize campaign performance, and demonstrate the value of our partnerships.

  • Campaign Verification: You will meticulously verify campaign execution by capturing published newsletter screenshots, diligently checking partner communications daily, and confirming that all campaign elements have been deployed correctly. 

  • Partner Communication Support: You will provide essential support to the Partnerships team by assisting with day-to-day partner communications regarding campaign logistics and content requirements, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

  • Resource Organization: You will be the custodian of our partnership materials, expertly organizing and maintaining the digital library, including submission templates and creative resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Partnerships Marketing Coordinator role, with a track record of managing successful marketing partnerships.

  • Proficiency in Monday.com, or similar project management software.

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition tactics to effectively leverage newsletter sponsorship for client success.

  • Exceptional organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Proactive and Problem-Solving Mindset

  • Demonstrated English language proficiency

  • Knowledge and experience of startups, finance and investments is a plus.
