Project Manager β Continuous Improvement β Store Operations
Job Summary
The Project Manager β Continuous Improvement will lead specific projects associated with driving store operations efficiency. The Project Manager shall construct cross functional teams to determine the most effective path forward, by applying step by step process mapping techniques, and mapping key dependencies, risks and synergies. This role shall lead project teams and deliver defined business outcomes with measurable P&L improvement. This position will manage a project budget for design, pilot, and implementation and provide financial reporting metrics to ensure success to budgeted improvement. This position will need to influence senior leadership and field teams to provide improvements and change management to store processes.
