About The Ideal Candidate
The Account Manager (AM) will report directly to the General Manager and will be promoting and selling our products and services within standard industrial segments, with a particular focus on the automotive sector for designated key accounts. The AM will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with assigned accounts and potential prospects to ensure a robust opportunity pipeline.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Achieve sales and profit targets according to defined goals
Develop short and long-term strategic sales plans for all assigned customers
Generate and convert opportunities for target customers
Build customer relationships and strategic partnerships, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services
Ensure timely opportunity and quote follow-up
Track, monitor, and work to enhance project win rate; use CRM for all project information
Pre-plan and conduct customer visits, establishing related action plans
Collaborate with Sales Development Engineers / Application Engineers on technical aspects of sealing solutions

About The Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience:
Degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Mechanical Engineering) is highly advantageous.
Experience in engineering, technical or sales related roles.
Knowledge of core tools, processes, and norms in the automotive industry is beneficial
Knowledge of rubber/plastic products, seals, and bearings is particularly valuable.
