Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 60,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A POS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as a POS Management Specialist would be:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the POS system, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and updates.
• Liaise with corporate and store level teams to ensure smooth implementation of new POS features or system upgrades.
• Provide first-level support to resolve POS-related issues across stores or outlets.
• Remote Train store staff on POS usage, features, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, ensuring seamless integration with inventory, billing, and customer data systems.
• Assist with the rollout of POS systems in new store openings or business units.
• Analyze transactional data and generate reports to support business decision-making.
• Implement security protocols and manage user access and permissions within the POS environment.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to continuously improve POS workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications as a POS Management Specialist:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing POS systems backend.
• Strong knowledge of Toast POS
• Familiarity with POS hardware (printers, cash drawers, scanners, etc.) and their integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage incidents under pressure.
• Strong communication and training skills for end-user support, good English required.
• Basic understanding of networking and data syncing between central and store systems.
