About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery across our staff augmentation engagements. This is a client-facing role focused on nurturing long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the performance of our consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery, ideally within a consulting or staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews

Delivery Oversight

Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of staff augmentation services
Address any delivery issues and escalate when needed
Work cross-functionally with recruitment, HR, and operations

Talent & Performance Management

Partner with internal teams to ensure consultants are meeting expectations
Collect client feedback and coach consultants when needed
Track contract renewals and identify growth opportunities
Reporting & Communication
Maintain up-to-date records of client accounts
Share regular reports on performance, utilization, and satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery role
Experience in staff augmentation, recruiting, or consulting
Proven success managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
