Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically focused customer service representative to join our remote team. As the primary point of contact for our clients' technical issues, you will provide expert support, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating system imaging of laptops and desktops, scheduling, post-imaging support, and troubleshooting

* Remote operating system deployments, surplus equipment pickups, PC refresh, and new hire system deployments

* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, application, printing, and networking issues

* Resolve desktop issues according to defined IT/ITIL processes/procedures to meet service level objectives and user commitments

* Maintain hardware asset databases

* Collaborate with external vendor support teams to resolve issues

* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service representative or a related field

* Experience with Windows (XP/Windows 7/Windows 10/Mac) providing desktop hardware and software break/fix support

* Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows 7 & O365)

* Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues such as VPN, RSA, and OKTA

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
