We are looking for a collaborative Growth/campaign Manager to lead global efforts in driving new customer acquisition. This hybrid role combines strategic focus on stakeholder alignment and ownership of revenue-generating initiatives with an understanding in performance marketing growth strategies.
As a key contributor to the company’s growth, you will not only optimize and execute digital marketing strategies but also align cross-departmental efforts to deliver measurable impact. Main Responsibilities:
Directly Drive New ARR Growth: Design and take ownership of campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and driving a significant share of global new ARR growth.
Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with key teams, including marketing automation, sales, and legal, to ensure seamless execution and alignment on growth campaigns.
Strategic thinking: Tailor campaigns and messaging based on customer segmentation to enhance relevance and impact.
Data-Driven Insights: Use dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, PowerBI, to make informed decisions.
