Sales Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute unpaid break

Salary: $800 - $900 per month

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client communication, and administrative sales tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in contacting potential clients to introduce our services and explain their benefits.
  • Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
