Our US client, a lifestyle supplement brand focused on helping people feel better before and after drinking, is seeking a Community Manager to support their fast-growing social presence and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for their audience. This role is essential for nurturing a strong customer community, driving real-time engagement, and supporting daily operations across TikTok and other key platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support inquiries, including refunds, reviews, and replacement requests
  • Respond to comments and direct messages, and engage with the community across social platforms
  • Launch and monitor hourly flash sales and weekly discounts
  • Track performance metrics from paid campaigns and TikTok Seller Center
  • Prepare weekly performance reports for internal social media meetings

Requirements

  • Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to tone and detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and learning new systems quickly
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or marketing metrics
  • Familiarity with TikTok and social media best practices

Nice to have

  • Experience working with consumer brands or e-commerce businesses
  • Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center and/or paid social campaign tools
  • Prior experience in customer service or community management
