Our US client, a lifestyle supplement brand focused on helping people feel better before and after drinking, is seeking a Community Manager to support their fast-growing social presence and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for their audience. This role is essential for nurturing a strong customer community, driving real-time engagement, and supporting daily operations across TikTok and other key platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage customer support inquiries, including refunds, reviews, and replacement requests
Respond to comments and direct messages, and engage with the community across social platforms
Launch and monitor hourly flash sales and weekly discounts
Track performance metrics from paid campaigns and TikTok Seller Center
Prepare weekly performance reports for internal social media meetings

Requirements

Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to tone and detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and learning new systems quickly
Basic understanding of e-commerce or marketing metrics
Familiarity with TikTok and social media best practices

Nice to have

Experience working with consumer brands or e-commerce businesses
