Job description

Clarity Squared Wellness (“Clarity”) is an exciting med tech and clinical services startup that provides preventive health, wellness and mental health services for Medicare-eligible seniors nationwide. Clarity is currently servicing a large initial contract in the Northern California area and is in need of a Sales and Implementation Manager.  This job may lead to a fast advancement within the Company and a significant equity position. You must be excited and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Bay Area and be mature, personable, and well-educated with excellent verbal and writing skills.  Experience working with seniors (55+), preferably in healthcare, is a requirement for this position.  The ability to relate to and communicate clearly with seniors must be demonstrated. You must “love” working with this population.

The job requires considerable travel between senior living facilities throughout Northern California with occasional overnights.  The candidate will also be required to conduct presentations to community administrators and to small and large groups of seniors, demonstrating the capabilities of Clarity as it pertains to their health and well-being. Implementation of programs in senior communities is also an important aspect of the job.

Success is measured by the ability to enroll as many facility residents as possible into Clarity’s wellness and mental health programs, enabling them to live happier, healthier and longer lives.

Compensation includes a base salary and bonus for performance and equity participation.

Requirements

Candidate must be a "go-getter" and problem solver comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment. Excellent verbal and written skills are needed for this position. Extensive travel within Northern California is required with occasional overnights. Experience working with the senior population (55+), preferably in healthcare, is required. The candidate must "love" working with seniors. Ability to communicate in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus, but not a requirement.
