Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and track progress to ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with Product managers/owners to ensure that the squads work with is aligned to organizational goals
Act as a liaison between the team and upper management by driving collaboration across Product Owners and provide day-to-day guidance on objectives, priorities, and tasks to remove barriers.
Collaborate with other Area Leads and key stakeholders within the company for overall roadmap alignment.
Focused on client needs and building relationships to increase Net Promoter Score
Market awareness with the ability to connect and influence business decision that help us achieve our business objectives.
