Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – Outpatient Mental Health | California

Location: Fremont, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

As an LPCC in our outpatient program, you’ll be a trusted partner in your clients’ journeys toward emotional wellness and personal growth. You’ll provide high-quality, culturally sensitive therapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teens, adults, or families, depending on your area of interest and clinical strength.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions in-person or via telehealth
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
Apply evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.) to support diverse client goals
Maintain clear, timely documentation using our EHR system
Participate in clinical supervision, peer consults, and training opportunities
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff for holistic client care

Requirements

Active LPCC license in the state of California
Experience working in outpatient mental health or related settings
Commitment to ethical, culturally humble, trauma-informed practice
Strong organizational skills and comfort with EHR systems
Preferred: Additional certifications (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT), bilingual fluency, or specialized experience in trauma, youth, or marginalized populations
