YOUR MISSION
To manage influencer and UGC collaborations from outreach to final content delivery, ensuring all logistics, communication, and creative requirements are running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in scaling the content output, amplifying brand reach, and building a strong network of content creators who align with the brand’s vision.
This is a full-time, remote contractor role with flexible working hours and clear ownership of results.

Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
Organized: You’re a master of timelines, follow-ups, and multitasking across 30+ creator threads
Communicator: You’re fluent in English (written and spoken) and know how to keep convos moving via DMs, email, or Slack
Creative Eye: You’ve got great taste in content and can identify creators who align with brand vibes and performance goals
Detail-Oriented: You don’t let anything fall through the cracks - from agreements to content files
Proactive: You take initiative, ask smart questions, and love getting things done without micromanagement
Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with Shopify, Social Snowball, and Notion (or you’re a fast learner)
