Job Description:
Production support Experience.
Hands on experience in AWS Services - EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda & Dynamo DB.
Hands on experience in Linux & SQL.
Hands on experience in Shell / Python scripting is must.
Any monitoring tool ( Nagios, Solar winds)
Ability to on-call support
Candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ready to work on 24/7 support ( Will be in shift roster for a week which comes once in a month and to be available 24/7 on-call support only for critical tickets P1/P2, which is rare )
Candidate has to report from New Jersey and be available to support UK & US overlap hrs. ( 08:30 am GMT / 03:30 AM ET to 05:30 pm GMT / 12:30 PM ET )
