Job Title: Instructor Trainer 3
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2 Days Remote Monday and Friday, 3 Days Onsite Tuesdays to Thursdays)
Duration: 12+ Months (Multi-Year Project)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Instructor Trainer 3 to support training delivery and curriculum development for a major enterprise system implementation. This hybrid position requires onsite attendance three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday), with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Only candidates local to the Austin area will be considered.

This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for a diverse user base including internal staff, external users, and administrators. You will play a key role in shaping engaging training experiences—both in-person and virtual—within a Salesforce-based Grants Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver instructor-led, web-based, and multimedia training programs
Develop technical training materials: job aids, manuals, recorded webinars, and scenario-based simulations
Conduct training on IT software solutions, systems operations, and support best practices
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with current processes and technologies
Create instructor materials and training aids customized to audience needs
Support the development of computer-based and accessible instructional materials
Assist in managing the overall training program, including quality assurance and user satisfaction
Recommend and evaluate training vendors, tools, and delivery methods
Stay updated on instructional technologies and methodologies
Deliver training using alternative teaching techniques to ensure engagement and knowledge retention
