Join the Lacoste Team as our Head of Sport! Your Responsibilities Sales & Performance Monitoring: Work with the Wholesale Director to track sales performance and key financial metrics. Communicate regularly with HQ teams to keep everyone informed on business performance. Product Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with the product teams to ensure the right product selection for key accounts. Help implement and manage strategies to drive business growth across different categories. Brand Growth & Business Development: Focus on growing the brand and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Ensure business practices align with company values while striving for improved profitability and brand desirability. Commercial & Operational Management: Negotiate with key partners and support in managing the day-to-day operations. Drive performance through strategic planning and efficient management of business activities. Sales Performance & Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales and business performance. Maintain ongoing communication to assess opportunities for improvement and implement action plans. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. Address challenges with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. Marketing & Campaign Support: Work with marketing teams to help shape promotional activities.
