Roles And Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
Provide onboarding support for new starters.
Support the company’s Office 365 environment, including user account administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Coordinate with the warehouse and factory teams to resolve IT issues and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
Document and track support requests using the company’s ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Provide support and training to end-users on various software applications and tools.
Requirements
1-2 years proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and support.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
Experience with Shopify and third-party e-commerce solutions.
Experience supporting remote and off-site teams.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
Willingness to occasionally travel to the warehouse and factories as needed.
