This 12 month Internship will provide you with hands on experience immersing yourself in the commercial side of our business within our Point of Care team. This is a hybrid role, with your main office location in Camberley, Surrey. As a Sales & Business Analytics Intern, your role will involve: Engaging with existing customers who do not have service contracts—reaching out via phone/email, providing quotes, and supporting the sales process to convert these into active contracts. Reviewing and segmenting the install base (instruments and informatics) to identify and prioritize accounts without service coverage. Leveraging analytics dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in service contract coverage and customer data. Collaborating across functions including sales, service, technical, and marketing teams to gather missing data and drive commercial insights. Supporting strategic business initiatives by helping to improve data quality, interpret key metrics, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. All of our 12 month Interns also participate in our Intern development programme teaching softer skills such as communication, teamwork, and commercial awareness alongside the role About You: You should be currently studying a degree in business, economics, science or a related field You have an interest in medical device sales and in understanding the sales process You should be confident, driven and self-motivating You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a wider team You will need to be comfortable presenting to a wide variety of stakeholders You must also have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the internship.
