Job description

As an administrative assistant associate on our House Counsel Legal team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Your primary focus will be the processing of steadily incoming electronic and physical mail – which will include scanning and storing electronic copies of sensitive legal documents typically crucial to legal cases. Often dealing with tight deadlines, sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills will be useful while handling administrative tasks and requests from attorneys or clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow your expertise in a law office, this might be the perfect place for you. This is a hybrid position based out of our New Hyde Park office requiring an in-office component of 3 days a week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of the office they support.
