Role Expectations As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, establishing rapport, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates must be based in either Minnesota or New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for networking with attorneys, participating in associations, and actively pursuing new business opportunities in the region. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to prospects to present our offerings and convert leads into clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches. Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Continuously enhance product knowledge to articulate value propositions to prospects. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Requirements: Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the legal or professional services industry. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel frequently, including driving between states and occasionally taking flights.
