Join our outreach efforts to build strong relationships with church communities. You will support our mission to expand its impact, grow its volunteer base, foster meaningful discussions and mobilize support for our campaigns. What difference will you make? Your contribution will directly shape how PSJUK connects with church communities and recruits long-term volunteers. By building these relationships, you’ll help create a strong, engaged network that supports our mission and outreach programs and gain experience in community engagement, advocacy, and nonprofit work. What are we looking for? Passion for civic engagement, advocacy, and community building, especially within diverse communities. Years of experience in community outreach or administrative roles, with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Comfortable engaging both online and offline, including making physical visits and follow-ups. Familiarity with social media and digital tools for outreach and communication. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, while supporting team goals. What will you be doing? We are looking for passionate volunteers to support our community outreach initiatives. Key responsibilities include Compiling a database of church organizations in target areas. Following up after visits to strengthen engagement Registering new volunteers from these communities Maintaining relationships with registered volunteers You’ll work closely with our Community Engagement Lead. There is room for flexibility and creative approaches to outreach.
