HubSpot CRM Specialist & Process/Data Analyst at HW.Tech

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and customize HubSpot CRM, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automation workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
• Analyze existing business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Manage system integrations and data synchronization between HubSpot and other business tools.
• Oversee data imports and maintain CRM data integrity to ensure accuracy across teams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HubSpot-related issues.
• Train and assist team members in best practices and process optimizations within HubSpot.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and new features, implementing improvements where applicable.
• Monitor CRM performance and data consistency to enhance business operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM in an administrative or technical capacity.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot reporting, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with system integrations and data management best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• German language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in change management and process implementation is a plus.
