YOUR MISSION
To manage influencer and UGC collaborations from outreach to final content delivery, ensuring all logistics, communication, and creative requirements are running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in scaling the content output, amplifying brand reach, and building a strong network of content creators who align with the brand’s vision.
This is a full-time, remote contractor role with flexible working hours and clear ownership of results.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Source and secure high-performing UGC creators who align with brand tone, aesthetic, and campaign goals across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Drive timely and smooth execution of creator collaborations by managing outreach, onboarding, and communication from start to finish
- Negotiate clear deliverables and secure rights usage that maximize value for both paid and gifted content partnerships
- Ensure 100% product delivery accuracy to collaborators and partners by managing Shopify shipments and proactively tracking orders to avoid delays
- Deliver fully compliant and on-brief content by distributing creative assets and reviewing submissions for quality and brand alignment
- Maintain a clean, real-time collaboration pipeline using Notion, Google Sheets, and Slack to track creator statuses, deadlines, and revisions
- Boost affiliate performance and campaign ROI by setting up tracking links in Social Snowball and communicating program terms clearly
- Build a strong bench of top-performing creators by flagging standout talent for future campaigns or long-term partnerships
WHO YOU ARE
Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
Organized: You’re a master of timelines, follow-ups, and multitasking across 30+ creator threads
Communicator: You’re fluent in English (written and spoken) and know how to keep convos moving via DMs, email, or Slack
Creative Eye: You’ve got great taste in content and can identify creators who align with brand vibes and performance goals
Detail-Oriented: You don’t let anything fall through the cracks - from agreements to content files
Proactive: You take initiative, ask smart questions, and love getting things done without micromanagement
Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with Shopify, Social Snowball, and Notion (or you’re a fast learner)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or DTC eCommerce space
- A track record of managing high-volume creator programs
- Familiarity with tools like Foreplay, Sked Social, or affiliate dashboards
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with creator workflows, tools like Shopify and Notion and are actively managing early-stage collabs
- 60 Days: You’re driving multiple creator partnerships at once, hitting deadlines, and delivering content ready for testing in the brand’s paid campaigns
- 90 Days: You’ve built a strong content pipeline, improved turnaround time, and identified top creators for recurring partnerships
