What you’ll do: 

  • Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle EBS R12 financial modules, including Projects, Collections, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL), Procurement to Pay flow, Order to Cash Flow.
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute financial system projects, including requirements definition, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project objectives.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and ensure smooth system maintenance.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between financial modules and other enterprise systems, including ERP solutions.
  • Training and Documentation: Train new and existing users on financial modules and create comprehensive documentation and user guides.

Requirements

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and deploying Oracle EBS R12 financial modules, including Projects, Collections, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and GL.
  • In-depth knowledge of localization requirements in India, particularly GST compliance, with experience in configuring these requirements.
  • Strong business process analysis skills and ability to define system requirements.
  • High analytical ability to solve problems and think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and engage in self-learning.
  • Ability to understand intercompany processes and transactions across global entities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.
  • Experience in leading project teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
