This is a remote position.

Role Name: Digital Marketing Specialist

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm AEST

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and manage performance-based marketing strategies. If you’re skilled in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing—and can turn data into action—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across search, display, and social channels

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI and cost-efficiency

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic traffic

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness

  • Monitor and analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights and optimizations

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with client goals


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices

  • Experience managing social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

  • Data-driven and analytical mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)

  • Knowledge of basic HTML for SEO purposes

  • Google Ads certification is a plus
