Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (San Diego, CA) Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (San Diego, CA)Includes a 60-minute unpaid lunch break and one 15-minute paid break
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours

As a Client Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their journey, addressing their needs with care, and ensuring they have a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-Facing Role – Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct Welcome and Intro Calls to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide timely and informative updates to clients throughout their program.
  • Assess client needs and offer accurate, empathetic, and helpful support.
  • Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and voicemails.
  • Follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure clients stay engaged and on track.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and targets.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets.

Technical Requirements (Laptop or Desktop):
  • Windows 10 or later: Minimum Intel i5 (6th Gen) / AMD Ryzen 5
  • Recommended: 16GB RAM (minimum 8GB)
  • Two monitors (or a second monitor attached to a laptop)
  • PC camera for video calls
  • Wired PC headset for secure communication
