Job Overview:
Weβre seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Dental Receptionist to provide remote administrative and customer service support to US-based dental clinics. This role involves managing patient communication, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification using US dental software.
Preferred candidates have 2+ years of virtual experience with US dental offices, but we also welcome Philippine-licensed Dentists or Dental Medicine graduates with 2+ years of relevant clinical experience.

Salary: Starting at $1,042/month (final offer based on experience)

Shift: Graveyard (US Time) β Monday to Friday, 8 AMβ5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Remote Patient Interaction:
Handle calls, emails, and inquiries from US patients

Schedule appointments and send confirmations

Provide service and policy information

Conduct virtual check-ins and follow-ups

Resolve patient concerns professionally
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules using software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or OpenDental

Maintain accurate patient records (HIPAA-compliant)

Process payments and assist with insurance claims

Perform insurance verification and pre-authorizations

Handle digital correspondence and filing
Virtual Office Support:
Collaborate with US clinic staff

Organize digital files securely

Follow US dental office protocols
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Dental Receptionist for US clinics (preferred)

OR Philippine-licensed DMD or Dental Medicine graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of US dental operations and insurance

Familiar with HIPAA and patient confidentiality
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written English

Professional and clear communication via digital channels

Strong interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
Proficient in dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental)

Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Fast and accurate typing (30+ WPM)

Reliable high-speed internet with backup

Dual monitor setup highly preferred

Personal WFH setup that meets technical requirements
