Position Overview

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategy, driving talent development, and fostering a positive, high-performing environment. This strategic leadership role requires operational excellence, international HR expertise, and a true passion for employee engagement and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global HR Strategy: Design and implement innovative HR strategies aligned with international laws, cultural contexts, and business goals.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with global leadership to support business operations through consistent HR practices.

  • Trusted Advisor: Provide daily guidance on HR matters to management and employees across different time zones and locations.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct surveys, analyze HR metrics, and recommend action plans to enhance organizational performance.

  • Culture & Employee Relations: Strengthen our company culture by ensuring fair, consistent application of policies and resolving employee issues effectively.

  • Workforce Planning & Succession: Lead global workforce planning initiatives and succession strategies to support future growth.

  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Drive recruitment, retention, and career growth programs aligned with business needs.

  • Performance Management: Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, mentorship programs, and career development initiatives.
