We're looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist to join our fast-growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to drive product strategy and long-term customer value. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership to surface insights, guide prioritization, and unlock levers for growth across our product.
Partner directly with product teams to influence strategy and roadmap through data
Analyze user behavior to identify retention drivers, conversion drop-offs, and LTV opportunities
Design and interpret experiments that guide product decisions and optimize performance
Optimize product funnels increasing conversion, revenue, and LTV
Help scale demand acquisition by identifying the most valuable channels and product-led growth loops
Act as a thought partner in team planning sessions, bringing sharp insights and structured thinking to ambiguous problems
Experience in product analytics, data science, or a related role at a high growth consumer tech, B2C, or marketplace company
Expert in SQL and Google Sheets - you can pull, clean, and interpret data with speed and confidence
Excellent communicator and able to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical audiences
Strong business acumen - you connect your work to revenue, customer value, and product priorities
Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-based environments with shifting scope and priorities
Nice to have: Proficiency in Python or R
Nice to have: Experience using or integrating AI/ML into analytics workflows
Nice to have: Marketplace experience or a background in products with complex, multi-sided dynamics
