About the Role
This company is hiring a Part-time remote HubSpot Specialist, to work 20 hours per week, that will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, training, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM across the organization. Ensuring that all teams are trained in using the platform effectively, and working closely with our marketing, leadership, and operations teams to optimize processes. Having a deep understanding of marketing operations to tailor HubSpot’s tools to meet our business goals and drive measurable results.


Responsabilities
  • Training and supporting team members across the organization in using HubSpot CRM, including staff, leadership, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Setting up, configuring, and customizing HubSpot CRM, ensuring it meets the specific needs of our organization.
  • Developing and implementing processes and workflows within HubSpot to optimize donor communications, lead management, marketing automation, and intern/volunteer engagement.
  • Integrating HubSpot with other systems and tools as needed, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms, specifically QuickBooks.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to set up and manage marketing automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, and lead scoring.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics within HubSpot, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, ensuring the company is leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.
  • Troubleshooting any issues related to HubSpot and providing ongoing technical support to team members.




Requirements
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist with a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and related tools. If you’re a Marketer with strong Hubspot experience, we’d like to meet you!
  • Strong background in marketing operations and a solid understanding of lead management, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience in training and supporting teams in using HubSpot, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.
  • Technical proficiency in configuring HubSpot, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing workflows.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive marketing and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Direct involvement or work experience in the following areas is desirable, but not required: non-profit organizations; Christian missions organizations or churches; a passion for surfing, skating, snowboarding or other action sports. 



Benefits
