Responsibilities π€
Lead Management: Qualify and nurture inbound leads from websites and other channels. Your goal is to generate new leads, execute outreach campaigns, and manage interactions efficiently.
Market Research: help understand our target accounts - identify key players, conduct prospect client analysis, and qualify leads.
Sales Support: You'll be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
Data Management: Maintain and expand our prospect lists. Your diligence in updating, cleaning, and maintaining our CRM database will be crucial for contacts, companies, and deals.
Reporting and Analytics: Regularly update sales process reports and analytics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Prospect Engagement: Engage in at least 150 prospect interactions per week, ensuring a consistent and meaningful connection with our prospects and clients via email, chat, LinkedIn and calls.
