This is not your typical Sales Development Representative role: we are looking for someone who is excited to both prospect and help build our overarching sales demand strategy. As an SDR here at Persona, you'll drive our sales growth engine by creating our pipeline generation mechanisms through developing and executing outbound strategies while partnering with Account Executives. The ideal candidate wants to actively participate in the development of the sales process and the articulation of Persona’s value proposition.
What you'll do at Persona
Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads for Persona
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit with Persona’s products
Engage with prospects through effective communication, delivering exceptional service, and build relationships to create interest and generate sales opportunities
Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for further sales engagement
Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and update Salesforce
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development
