Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through research, outreach, and various lead generation strategies. This role is critical to the growth of our sales pipeline and overall business development initiatives.

Must Haves

  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in lead generation, sales development, or demand generation.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prospect new leads through online platforms, databases, social media, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other tools.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and hand off to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market and buyer personas.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise lead generation tactics.
  • Participate in webinars, conferences, and industry events to attract and generate new leads.

  • Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Night Shift)
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
