What you'll do:

You will play a pivotal role in helping people connect with their local community and play the sports they love. As an operations analyst, you will be a key member of the operations team working on creating memorable moments for our players. Your responsibilities include:


  • Game Analysis: Analyze game revenue and profit and make strategic decisions on where to place resources and when to advertise promotions.

  • Game Operations: Manage the game logistics and engage our community of players and hosts. Ensure every game has the right amount of people, equipment, and leaders attending.

  • Game Experience: Continuously improve the overall player experience, focusing on match quality and app usability.

  • Problem Solving: Investigate and identify potential issues at games, innovating solutions to address them promptly and effectively.

  • Review Management: Analyze player ratings and take both reactive and proactive actions to enhance positive reviews and prevent negative ones.

  • Daily Player Engagement: Proactively engage with players before and after their games to provide support, answer queries, and ensure they have a seamless experience.

  • Strong analytical background, tech-savvy, and an intermediate level of Excel skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills quickly.

  • Problem solver and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proven ability to meet goals and KPIs within deadlines.

  • Passionate about sports is a plus!
