Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California to join our growing team of compassionate mental health professionals. Whether you thrive in trauma work, community mental health, or long-term psychotherapy, we welcome your unique clinical voice.

As a Remote LCSW, you’ll:

Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via secure telehealth
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with our care team as needed for referrals, case reviews, or client needs
Work with diverse populations across California, including underserved communities
Create your own schedule—days, evenings, or weekends

Requirements

Active LCSW license in California
Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
Strong cultural competency and a passion for equitable care
Familiarity with trauma-informed, strengths-based, or evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
Comfortable using telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, Zoom, TherapyNotes)
Reliable internet connection and a private space to conduct sessions
