About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Operations Associate with a background in sales or account management—particularly someone who has sold website development services to U.S.-based clients. This role supports day-to-day operations, sales pipeline management, and client success initiatives in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO (based in California) and help bridge strategy and execution across departments. If you thrive in a high-impact role, are highly organized, and understand the nuances of digital services sales and delivery, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end operations, including sales enablement, CRM upkeep, reporting, and process optimization.

  • Act as a liaison between sales and delivery teams, ensuring client expectations and timelines are aligned.

  • Monitor and manage the client onboarding process post-sale, ensuring a smooth handoff and service delivery.

  • Provide internal support to the CEO, helping prioritize tasks, prepare reports, and coordinate initiatives.

  • Collaborate on proposals, quotes, and contracts for web development services.

  • Assist in managing project timelines, communications, and status updates across global teams.

  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to improve operations.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience,

  • Direct experience selling or managing website development services for U.S.-based clients.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels, especially C-level.

  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Trello, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital project lifecycles, especially in web design, development, or digital marketing.

  • Background in operations, project coordination, or client success.

  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
