Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to engineering leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  

• Oversee the design and development of scalable system architectures that serve as the foundation for company products.
  

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  

• Stay hands-on by setting engineering standards, writing code, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain deep technical understanding.
  

• Regularly review engineering initiatives to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
  

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and performance optimization.
  

• Serve as a technical authority, offering insights into emerging technologies and industry trends.
  

Requirements

• Solid foundation in software engineering
  

• Over 5 years of senior-level management experience
  

• Proven leadership in overseeing teams of 40+ engineers
  

• Deep expertise in AI product development, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs)
  

• Strategic thinker with a compassionate approach, committed to fostering growth and a supportive team environment
