What You'll Be Doing

The Markets team leads the charge when it comes to geographical expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be our face in the Italian Market - taking part in public interviews and convincing thought leaders on our behalf.
  • You are in charge of building high quality and high impact relationships: press, influencers, affiliates, growth partners, public authorities, or any ad hoc local needs.
  • You identify and introduce relevant local partners to contribute to user acquisition and engagement in Italy through multi-channels growth campaigns with our central teams.
  • You identify and funnel back the local product needs to the rest of the company and contribute to the local cultural and linguistic relevancy of our overall growth set up.

What We're Looking For

  • You have 5+ years of commercial or development experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / scale-up, private or investment banking, strategy consulting, M&A).
  • You are an outstanding communicator with a taste for Social Media and prior experience with Italian press and public affairs management. You are passionate about banking or investment topics and have a deep understanding of the Italian retail market along with the respective regulations.
  • You are hands-on, relentless, set ambitious goals, handle high workloads and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously to create the best outcome possible.
