We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant. Business Process consultant will be responsible for running workshops, understanding the business processes, providing ServiceNow to-be processes to accomplish requirements and empowering the identified stakeholders on adoption of the to-be processes in collaboration with the training team and ServiceNow team.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead business process analysis and reengineering efforts to support successful ServiceNow implementations across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and more
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define business goals, requirements, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows that guide configuration and development on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solution designs align with business requirements and follow platform best practices
  • Facilitate and lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather business input and deliver strategic ServiceNow solutions
  • Support Agile development cycles by contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into process improvement opportunities and industry best practices
  • Help define platform governance, change management strategies, and adoption plans for ServiceNow implementations
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication by preparing and delivering clear, concise updates, documentation, and training materials
  • Identify and resolve issues related to business processes, data quality, and user adoption
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to Bravium’s internal knowledge base and methodology enhancements

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Have a public trust clearance or the ability to get one
  • 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, with direct experience in federal or public sector environments
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, and SAM
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management on federal contracts or programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to federal stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including government clients, developers, and contract partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and solution alignment
  • Familiarity with federal compliance and security standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, ITIL)
  • Experience operating within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks supporting federal IT modernization initiatives
  • Ability to adapt quickly to secure or highly regulated environments, maintaining compliance while delivering value
