Job description

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare (ABA Therapy) Industry. We are currently seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic and growing remote team.

Kindly note: Compensation for this role is a fixed salary only; commissions are not applicable.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependent on daylight savings)
  • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
  • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outagesApplicants without a power backup cannot be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company with professionalism and warmth during candidate interactions
  • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Maintain candidate records and communicate status updates to internal teams

  • Fluent and professional English communication
  • Patient, friendly phone demeanor
  • Energetic and personable – you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Technical Skills:

  • Basic computer literacy
  • Confident navigating MS Office and Outlook

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

  • Experience in recruiting, HR, or onboarding processes
  • Background in the ABA therapy industry is a strong plus
