Manage, coordinate, and expand our legal services activities in Portugal, supervising external consultants, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the business development and growth of the region.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of external legal consultants across Portugal.
Daily coordination and tracking of client case management.
Ensuring full compliance with internal service standards, case management protocols, and response times.
Managing and resolving operational and client service issues locally.
Preparing regular activity, quality, and performance reports for the headquarters.
Identifying and supporting local business development initiatives and partnerships.
Acting as the primary operational point of contact between external consultants and headquarters.
