The Distribution Manager will be responsible for strategizing, coordinating and supporting the EagleBurgmann Industries (EBI) national sales strategic growth initiatives/targets for the EBI Distribution Channel, on an annual basis. Based on a combined strategic and hands-on approach, the Distribution Manager will do this in a highly collaborative way, based on frequent interactions with the different District and Territory Managers responsible for the Distributors in their territories / districts. The Distribution Manager will report distributor performance and strategic progress on a monthly basis to EBI’s leadership. The Distribution Manager will be driven by maximum Customer Centricity in the frequent interactions with Distributors

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute annual national sales growth initiatives for EBI’s Distribution Channel, aligning with strategic targets.
  • Collaborate frequently with District and Territory Managers on distributor goal setting, initiative planning, and performance tracking.
  • Drive execution of distribution strategy, including distributor evaluation, selection, training, marketing coordination, and process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor principals to increase brand focus, reduce disengagement, and enhance distributor commitment.
  • Lead the EB Distribution Council, ensuring biannual meetings with top distributors and follow-through on all action items.
  • Develop and implement annual Distributor Strategic Growth Plans, including price adjustments and quarterly business reviews.
  • Organize and execute annual technical training forums aligned with business development goals, in partnership with the EB Academy.
  • Support large upgrade sales, maintain CRM data and booking projections, report monthly KPIs, and comply with all EBI policies and governance models.

Qualifications

  • BSME or equivalent engineering degree and plus 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry
  • Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.
  • Good written and verbal reporting skills. Excellent computer application skills in MS Office products. Experience with SAP S4 and SAP C4C (CRM) definitely a plus
  • Travel required 50% of time.
