The Role

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile conferences and global events. You’ll be responsible for the full event lifecycle, from strategy and logistics to marketing and execution, ensuring every detail runs flawlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international B2B environment and has experience managing events involving senior executives and VIP stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end event management, including budgeting, venue selection, catering, and AV coordination
  • Develop event marketing materials and manage promotional campaigns
  • Write and oversee event agendas, speaker bios, and website updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and senior-level participants
  • Ensure smooth on-site delivery for major events, including VIP dinners and speaker sessions.
  • Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel 1–2 times per year for events or team meetings.

  • Confidence in handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
