Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and player acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal CPA and ROAS..
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.
  • Stay up to date with platform policies, trends, and compliance regulations in the iGaming industry.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and key insights.


Qualifications:


  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Media Buyer specializing in paid social for grey niches (preferably iGaming, but experience in crypto, dating, etc., is also acceptable).
  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (experience with other platforms like Kwai is a plus).
  • Experience with tracking tools, pixels, and third-party attribution platforms (e.g.,Voluum, Keitaro, GTM, etc).
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Familiarity with regulatory challenges and advertising restrictions.
  • Ability to work with international markets and adapt campaigns to different regions.
  • English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher is a plus.


Working conditions:


  • Remote work schedule: Monday to Friday.
