We are seeking a sharp, hands-on, and highly analytical Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute our growth marketing efforts across the conversion funnel. As a key individual contributor reporting to our Director of Marketing, you’ll act as a Swiss Army Knife — owning everything from demand gen, inbound, lifecycle and performance marketing to marketing operations, attribution and analytics.
This is not a "paid ads" role. This is a full-stack growth marketing role — you'll be the go-to operator for all things growth, responsible for building, running, and scaling digital marketing programs that consistently drive qualified pipeline. You'll work closely with product marketing, content marketing, and sales teams to turn strategy into measurable execution.

Responsibilities:
Full- funnel Ownership
Own and execute Utila's full-funnel growth marketing strategy — right from traffic and MQLs to SQLs and pipeline.
Report on key marketing metrics, including MQL volume, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, ROAS, and marketing-sourced pipeline etc.
Define, measure, report and continuously improve growth KPIs with clear attribution models.
Inbound & Website Growth
Drive inbound pipeline by optimizing our website, running A/B tests, and improving conversion rates across key touchpoints.
Implement scalable SEO and content distribution strategies in collaboration with the content team.
Launch, test, and iterate on landing pages, gated assets, and CTAs tailored to target segments.
Demand Generation & Paid Campaigns
Own and manage all paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage audience segmentation, targeting, creative, budget allocation, and ROI tracking.
Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns aligned with sales targets.
Outbound & Sales Enablement
Support outbound GTM strategy by designing email sequences, outreach content, and nurture flows in close collaboration with sales and SDRs.
Set up and optimize lead scoring models, buyer intent signals, and lead routing rules.
Drive sales-marketing alignment, including funnel handoffs and joint metrics.
Lifecycle & Email Marketing
Design and manage full-funnel email campaigns for onboarding, nurturing, upsell, and re-engagement.
Set up and run drip campaigns, behavior-based triggers, and lifecycle journeys.
Own the newsletter strategy, list hygiene, and deliverability optimization.
Marketing Operations & Tech Stack
Manage Utila's marketing tech stack: CRM, SEO, automation, attribution, and analytics tools
Implement and maintain end-to-end campaign tracking, UTM conventions, and attribution models.
Ensure clean data flow and integration between marketing and sales systems.
Analytics & Experimentation
Own all marketing analytics and reporting —from performance dashboards and ad-level ROI to funnel diagnostics, web analytics and more.
Run structured growth experiments to uncover new channels, messaging approaches, and conversion tactics.
Build experimentation and insight loops to inform future campaign decisions.
Must Have
5+ years experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing / demand gen (Series A to C stage).
Hands-on with AI tools and strong understanding of how to leverage AI for growth marketing.
Deep experience with Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads — strategy, execution, optimization, reporting.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, budget ownership, and CAC/ROAS tracking.
Proficient with tools: CRM (HubSpot), CMS (Wordpress), SEO (SEMrush / Ahrefs), marketing automation (Customer.io, Beehiiv, Zapier or similar), analytics (GA4, GTM) and other tools.
Proven track record of launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns and full-funnel marketing programs.
Experience with website optimization, CRO, A/B testing, and improving lead-to-MQL conversion.
Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reporting on key marketing KPIs.
Experience managing email marketing, including audience segmentation, drip flows, and re-engagement strategies.
Solid experience with marketing operations, including owning and integrating martech tools, tracking setup, and data hygiene..
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns.
Self-starter mindset with an experimental, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, crypto, or fintech.
Experience running ABM playbooks or using ABM platforms.
Familiarity with Hotjar, Segment, Clearbit, and other similar tools.
Collaboration with SDRs or sales teams on outbound campaign execution.
